This Return Policy explains how to return NutriClock planners, Nordic Timer Duo sets, or seek refunds for Digital Meal Arc Guides purchased through Ghogxireyx.

Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen days after you receive physical goods, unless an exception applies.
To exercise the right, notify us clearly via the contact page before the deadline. Include your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange.
Condition of returned goods
Planners and timers must be unused, in original packaging, with seals intact. Items showing wear from normal evaluation are acceptable; items showing heavy use may receive a partial refund.
Digital delivery rules
If you requested immediate access to digital guides and acknowledged losing withdrawal rights, refunds apply only when files are defective or access fails.
If you did not consent to immediate delivery, you retain the standard withdrawal window until digital delivery begins.
Return shipping
Unless the product is faulty or mis-described, you cover return shipping inside Finland using a trackable service. Keep proof of postage.
We share return address details after approving your request.
Faulty goods
If timers arrive damaged or planners have printing defects, contact us with photos within seven days of delivery. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund including shipping where appropriate under Finnish consumer law.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect returns, we issue refunds within fourteen days using the original payment method unless impossible, in which case we propose an alternative.
Non-returnable items
Personalized planners or sealed goods opened beyond what is necessary to inspect may not be eligible for withdrawal unless defective.
Exchanges
If you prefer a different NutriClock item, request an exchange. Price differences will be charged or refunded.
Business customers
Business purchases may follow separate contracts. Default consumer withdrawal rights may not apply.
